HHM Outreach Team delivers groceries, hygiene products, dog/cat food, blankets and warm outerwear items to various local outreach locations throughout Norfolk County, on a weekly basis.

For an emergency food basket please call HHM to arrange delivery during our Wednesday Outreach Schedule.

HHM is passionate about supporting individuals struggling with addiction and subjective issues.  

HHM Outreach Team offers spiritual care, peer support and/or guidance through the continuum of addiction services--we care and want to help!

Join us for Sunday Gathering Sunday's @ 10 am. We also support 12-Step recovery groups (CALENDAR), sponsorship and addiction related groups (CALENDAR).

The goal of our prayer & ministry team is to equip, enable and encourage others to pray continually and effectively while making prayer a part of everything we do. Email Pastor Wendy your prayer request and it will be kept in confidence within our prayer and ministry team.
