ADDICTION DAY TREATMENT PROGRAM

HHM is passionate about supporting individuals struggling with addiction and subjective issues.  

HHM Outreach Team offers spiritual care, peer support and/or guidance through the continuum of addiction services--we care and want to help!

If you or someone you love struggles with addiction, please reach out! 

WEEKLY OUTREACH: 

Wednesday's  @ 12:00 - 3:00 pm

HHM Outreach Team delivers groceries, hygiene products, dog/cat food, blankets and warm outerwear items to various local outreach locations throughout Norfolk County, on a weekly basis.

For an emergency food basket please call HHM to arrange delivery during our Wednesday Outreach.  

*Items vary depending on donations.

HHM Ministry Team attend various outreach events throughout the year:

• Full-emersion Water Baptisms
• Motorcycle and Boat Blessings
• Community Worship Nights

HHM Ministry Team recognizes connection with others as essential for our well-being. Human connection can provide support, love, and a sense of belonging. Through care teams we offer:

The goal of our prayer & ministry team is to equip, enable and encourage others to pray continually and effectively while making prayer a part of everything we do. Email Pastor Wendy your prayer request and it will be kept in confidence within our prayer and ministry team.

MONTHLY PRAYER CHAIN: 

First Tuesday of the Month @ 4:00 pm our prayer team meets online to prayerfully lift our prayers to God.

HHM Ministry Team engages in an intercessory prayer chain. Our prayers focus on the needs of others and the communities we serve.

HHM Food Distribution Hub delivers overflow grocery items to local food programs throughout Norfolk County, on a weekly basis .
